A young couple in Uttar Pradesh allegedly died by suicide in their homes, fearing separation as the woman was due to be married to someone else.
The body of a woman was discovered inside a metal trunk near a highway in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. Police are investigating the incident and working to identify the victim and the perpetrators.
A local court in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, sentenced a man to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 30,000 in connection with a 1996 murder and robbery case.
